After Water 7, you'll unlock Endgame Hub Islands (shown below) which can be visited in any order based on your goals.

Starting area. Contains basic shop, Fruit Dealer, and Thief Boss (Lv25).
Level Range: 50 - 200
Home to Saber Boss. Good for early mid-game farming.
Level Range: 200 - 500
Location of the Armament Haki Trainer and Winter Warden Boss.
Level Range: 800 - 1500
Location of the Observation Haki Trainer and Desert Boss.
Level Range: 1500 - 2500
Ragna Boss spawn. Critical for crafting the Ragna Sword.
Level Range: 2500 - 5000
Home to Gojo and Sukuna. Conqueror's Haki Trainer is hidden here.
Level Range: 5000 - 10000+
Spawn of "The Strongest of Today". Best place for Artifact farming.
Level Range: 3000+
Ichigo and Aizen bosses. Get your Bankai here.
Level Range: Any
Hub area for future updates and events.
Level Range: 4500+
Added in the Huge Update. New NPC Summoner, True Aizen & Yamato material farming.
Level Range: 5000+
Yamato Boss spawns here every 6 minutes. Home to the True Aizen upgrade NPC.
Level Range: 7000+
Added in the Massive Update. Home to the Strongest Shinobi boss and Ninja mobs. Farm Shinobi spec materials here.
Level Range: 8000+
Added in the Massive Update. Atomic boss spawns here. Home to Arena Fighter mobs that drop the Tower Key.
Level Range: 9000+
The Infinite Tower mode is played here. Home to the Empress boss and the Tower Shop. Rune level cap raised to 60.
